Missing EPG?

Please take in consideration that some channels simply do not have EPG

If you are having a OVERALL EPG failure, please try the steps below

1- If you are using our app:

• on the EPG settings, click refresh
• on settings clear the cache (this will delete your favourites also)
• Create another playlist with the same credentials

2 – If you are using a generic app (smarters, tivimate, ibo, etc):

• on the EPG settings, click refresh
• on settings clear the cache (this will delete your favourites also)
• Create another playlist with the same credentials
• Try a different EPG (options below)
